Services

Dynamic data analysis is an exercise of analysing a vibration data that we used to understand the behaviour of the machine while it is running. This analysis will also be correlating with static data for better understanding of the machine condition. The static data can be acquired through instant measurement or directly from plant distributed control system (DCS) which is considering them as an online data and they are like temperature, pressure, flowrate, load percentage, speed, valve opening, ampere and voltage which they may influence the machine movement and reaction.

Thermal analysis is an analysis that to see any present of mechanical stress in any mechanical system or electrical component through heat generation which could due to any abnormality or dis-functionality of any components. It can be identified by looking at the thermal profile that we acquired through infrared thermography measurement from any specific body like rotating equipment as well as electrical components.

Electrical signature analysis is an analysis to assess the performance of any electrical machine which has winding inside them through online or offline measurement.

Oil analysis is an evaluation process to understand the machine component condition like bearing and electrical transformer by taking a sample of oil at designated sampling point during operation and sending out the oil to the lubricant lab for some specific test accordance to required standards.

Ultrasound analysis is required to be implemented in order to detect for any leak on the pipeline, inspecting an electrical component for problem like corona, tracking and arcing, rolling element bearing lubrication and degradation.

The new era of condition monitoring system where the dynamic and static data will come to your desktop continuously through wireless sensors which come together with data protection and machine learning advancement technology.
